It offers multiple filter outputs (four-pole, three-pole, two-pole, and one-pole), an experimental high-pass mode, and an extended cutoff range with self-oscillation capability.

The processor includes a modulation unit (MOD-XG01) with an envelope follower, a multi-waveform LFO with tempo sync, an envelope generator, and a noise generator. A device-level feedback path allows delayed feedback for complex textures. The final section, PRM-EM44, provides a mixer with dry/wet blend and volume control.

Workflow and Applications

Both effects are designed for intuitive integration into a mixing or production environment. ShineVerb can be used on individual tracks to add space and analog warmth, or on buses for cohesive spatial treatment. FilterCult is effective for sculpting the tone of synthesizers, drums, or vocals, and its modulation and feedback options enable dynamic filtering that responds to the input signal.
